What should my child bring to camp?

Clothing: Campers should wear closed toe shoes and weather appropriate clothing. Camp will run rain or shine. Rain boots or waterproof shoes (closed toe) can be helpful on damp days when the field is soggy!

Toys & Personal Items: Please refrain from bringing toys to camp to avoid them getting lost or broken.

Food & Snacks: A small nut-free snack will be provided each day. However, if you prefer to pack your own nut-free snack for your child, feel free to do so. There is a strict “no sharing” snack policy that will be enforced but please also remind campers of this to help keep everyone safe.

While we will have water available, feel free to pack a water bottle.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation notice must be received 48 hours prior to the first day of camp to receive a full refund. We are not able to issue partial refunds or make-up classes for missed days.

Please be advised that if a camp does not meet minimum enrollment as of the Friday before the camp start date, it will be cancelled. You will be notified no later than the Friday before camp and refunded in full.

drop off & pick up procedures

Camps are drop-off. Camp starts each day at 9am. Please park in the field to the right of the farm store. Upon sign-in each day, you will be asked to provide the name and phone number of the person who will pick up your camper for the day.
